AHCA Fingerprinting Waiver: COVID-19

The American Health Care Association (AHCA) has granted a waiver for the AHCA fingerprinting requirement if the criteria outlined below has been met, an expiration date of 4/26/20.

• Level 1 State of Florida Criminal History Record Check through the FDLE website, http://www.fdle.state.fl.us/Criminal-HistoryRecords/Florida-Checks, and print a screenshot of the findings.
• FDLE Career Offender Search at  http://www.fdle.state.fl.us/coflyer/home.aspand print a screenshot of the findings.
• National Sex Offender Public Website, https://www.nsopw.gov/and print a screenshot of the findings. 
• AHCA Attestation of Compliance must be signed by candidate.

Upon expiration, the expectation is that the candidate complete the standard AHCA process of being fingerprinted. In the event the waiver is extended, we will communicate and work with Credentialing to update the dates in Workforce 2.0.
