HWS MSP Coronavirus (COVID-19) Response Program Update

Vendor partners, we’ve clearly entered into unchartered territory and certainly want to express our continued appreciation for your engagement and support..  As we continue to operate and navigate through this ever changing environment our intent is to communicate with you as frequently as things evolve and change. In good times as well as times of extreme stress and uncertainty all of us play an important role in our collective client’s ability to deliver dependable, high quality patient care. That said, one thing certain in uncertain times, is the resolve and dedication of our vendor partner community.

In the past several days we’ve seen increased demand for resources and an influx of rapid response level rates. Unfortunately, we’ve also witnessed vendor partners, unintentionally we hope, actively solicit clinicians currently on assignment with contracted client partners, and in some cases with the intent of placing them back within the same client at elevated rates. This type of activity, when conducted intentionally and willfully is not appropriate, in line with contractual obligations and most importantly the type of environment we seek to maintain for all of our partners (client and vendors alike).

As this situation evolves and we continue to work through this time of crisis together your collective support is critical to the clients we all serve. If you observe or become aware of activity similar or aligned with what is mentioned above please make a point to alert someone on our MSP leadership team so that it can be addressed appropriately.
