The success of an MSP program is built upon the strength of its partnerships with both staffing partners and with facility clients. One of HealthTrust Workforce Solutions’ longest staffing partnerships has been with Aureus Medical Group, which began in the 1990s when HWS was known as All About Staffing. Over the years, this relationship has flourished through our shared values of integrity, ethics, accountability, customer service and communication.
“Collaboration has to be one of the biggest rewards in working with HealthTrust Workforce Solutions,” says Aureus Medical Group Branch Manager – Major Accounts Kris Knudsen. “The ultimate goal is to serve the end user, which is the patient.”
As our MSP grew, so did our approach to providing the best service to our clients and partners. When refining our MSP strategy, we looked to our staffing partners – including Aureus Medical Group – to provide insight into how we could create more value and become a more effective partner for all the entities with whom we conduct business.
“A significant turning point was when HWS identified an opportunity to partner with some of their top vendors to make the most efficient use of resources,” Kris continues. “Staffing partners were invited to meet with the Leadership team and discuss strategies that would be a win/win for all involved.”
Our leadership team recently visited the Aureus Medical Group headquarters in Nebraska to discuss program performance, best practices and opportunities for future growth.

We look forward to our continued partnership with Aureus Medical Group, as well as all of our staffing partners, for years to come.
