Vendor Travel Onboarding Process Changes

HealthTrust Workforce Solutions is excited to share some upcoming changes to the way we onboard Vendor Partner Candidates for HCA! These changes will allow for quicker initiation speeds, proactive and improved communication, and ultimately result in expedited processing to Full Placement.   

Effective Monday, August 23, 2021, the Onboarding team will no longer be assigned individual files. There will be a centralized email that all inquiries can be submitted to: HWS.VendorTravel.Onboarding@HealthTrustWS.com

If you should have any questions that require an immediate answer that cannot wait for a return email, we will also have a Customer Service line that can be called: (954) 514-1560

The Onboarding Phone Support hours are: Monday – Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm EST 

Any files that had an assigned Onboarder to them will now be part of this centralized queue and follow-up will come from that email address.
