As you may have heard, HCA Healthcare is in the process of divesting Redmond Regional Medical Center to AdventHealth effective October 1, 2021.
As a result of this transaction, HealthTrust Workforce Solutions will no longer be the primary MSP provider for contract labor at this select facility. That said, we have outlined what to expect throughout this transition and the associated grace periods.
Travel & Local
- All active and pending start assignments will be transitioned to the new AdventHealth Redmond Regional Company within the Workforce 2.0 VMS and will sunset on their established end date
- All extensions of active assignments through the HWS MSP will be renewed under the HWS MSP
- All new requests will go through AdventHealth's primary MSP, AMN Healthcare, no new requests will be filled by HWS beginning 10/01/2021
- The HWS program team will contact you to request any required action within WF 2.0 throughout this transition
Per Diem
- Per Diem needs will continue to be managed by HWS for 30 days post transition (This grace period is subject to extend and any updates will be relayed once received)
- The HWS local office will contact you to request any required action within WF 2.0 throughout this transition
Time Capture & Billing
- Time capture will transition to the AdventHealth timekeeping system effective October 1, 2021
- Approved time will be uploaded bi-weekly into Workforce 2.0 by EOD every other Tuesday (first upload will be on Tuesday October 12, 2021)
- Manual Payroll Correction Forms(PCFs) will be used and the use of the HCA ePCF portal will be discontinued
