Shane Jackson, CEO of Jackson Healthcare (a HWS MSP Vendor Partner) recently spoke to Staffing Industry Analysts. He spoke about how it's healthcare staffing industry’s mission to move healthcare workers to areas where they are vitally needed from areas where they are underutilized.
He spoke about the pressure our clinicians are facing amid the outbreak of COVID-19, sharing how clinicians are really living up to the calling of their profession and jumping in to do anything they can. However, on the other hand, some clinicians are nervous about being in a situation where they get exposed to the virus.
We all know that this is a lot to cope with emotionally, and it’s something we’ve got to be sensitive to. Shane shared that he believes one of our jobs is to be a confidant and counselor for all of our clinicians working in the field.
