Dear Valued Partners,
Mercy Health System has made the decision to begin requiring full vaccination against COVID-19 for all current and future co-workers and/or contractors who serve and work in their facilities. As such, effective Thursday, September 30, 2021, all travelers and/or local contractors working in their facilities must be fully vaccinated to continue to work. If your travelers/contractors have not yet been vaccinated, please schedule now to ensure you may continue to work at or begin assignments at Mercy Health System's facilities. A copy of the contractor's vaccination card will suffice for verification of this requirement.
Additionally, Mercy Health System is willing to administer the vaccine to all current and future contractors at their facilities. Contractors may call Mercy Health System's COVID-19 Hotline at 833-364-1379 to schedule their COVID-19 vaccination. As with other vaccines, there are those with medical and/or religious reasons for not receiving the COVID-19 vaccine however, Mercy Health System is not allowing exceptions to this requirement.
