Welcoming New MSP Program Directors, Ashley Ishak and Bill Demestihas!

As we continue to grow our MSP program with a focus on operational and service excellence, we are pleased to announce the development of HCA Healthcare Group MSP Program Directors. Please join us in welcoming Ashley Ishak and Bill Demestihas to our team!

Ashley Ishak (Program Director - MSP Operations, National Group)

Prior to joining HealthTrust Workforce Solutions, Ashley worked with both HCA Healthcare and on the Performance Improvement team at HealthTrust Purchasing Group supporting labor management and emergency services for many years. In Ashley's new role, she will provide MSP program management and oversight to the eight divisions within HCA Healthcare’s National Group, which include the West Florida Division, East Florida Division, North Florida Division, Mountain Division, South Atlantic Division, North Carolina Division, Capital Division, and Far West Division. Aside from making a positive impact on patient care, Ashley enjoys spending time at the beach and spending quality time with her puppy, Sasha. Also, Ashley is currently learning her third language

Bill Demestihas (Program Director - MSP Operations, American Group)

Bill has been creating a positive impact for the past three and a half years as an Account Manager for HealthTrust Workforce Solutions within HCA Healthcare’s TriStar Division. Bill brings seventeen years of staffing experience in both Business Development and Recruitment and Delivery. Similar to Ashley, Bill will provide MSP program management and oversight to the seven divisions within the America Group of HCA Healthcare, which include the TriStar Division, North Texas Division, San Antonio Division, Central & West Texas Division, Gulf Coast Division, Mid America Division and Continental Division. Outside of work, Bill enjoys spending time with his family and engaging in outdoor activities. A fun fact about Bill is that he has rebuilt and restored a Harley Davidson!
